The work combines three disciplines the industry usually keeps separate: founder diagnostics, strategic business advisory, and board-level governance. Coaches address the founder. Consultants address the business. Almost no one addresses both as one system, which is what they are. The founder and the company share the same blind spots.
The origin of this capacity is not business school alone. I actually have two business degrees, so it is both: the pattern recognition built from surviving the Chernobyl nuclear disaster as a child, two kilometres from the fourth reactor, and the formal training to name what I see in the language of strategy, finance, and governance. Twenty years of building companies and advising founders refined it into a professional instrument.
