Founder-Business Diagnostic · Decision Clarity · Growth Opportunity

Decide Better.Grow Faster.Act Now.

You have customers. A team. Data. And several plausible explanations for why the result isn’t what it should be. Product? GTM? Sales? Retention? Team? Priorities? You? The Diagnostic separates the symptoms from the actual problem, names the pattern producing it, and maps the decisions it’s already distorting. You leave with a written Pattern Map and a clear next move.

It starts with a free 20-minute fit call. If the fit is wrong, I tell you before you spend anything.

What You Leave With

#1

Name the pattern.

Identify the specific mechanism producing what you’re navigating now, precisely enough that you can recognize it when it starts reproducing itself elsewhere.

#2

See what it’s distorting.

Map the business decisions currently being shaped by that pattern, and the moves that become available once you can see it clearly.

#3

Name the real situation.

See what this actually is, not what it has been treated as. That changes which solutions make sense.

#4

See what comes next.

Within two weeks, receive a written Pattern Map documenting the diagnosis, the affected decisions, and where the same pattern is likely to surface in decisions you haven’t made yet.

When the Problem Is No Longer Obvious

Several explanations can look credible. Only one deserves attention first.

Sales are moving, but not predictably. The team is busy, but the important result is not moving with the effort. You hired for the problem, changed the message, adjusted the product or reset the priorities. Something still does not add up.

At this stage, the symptom does not tell you which fix is right.

Weak sales can come from the sales process, or from value that is thinner than the pitch. Slow execution can come from the team, or from unclear decisions. Founder overload can call for a senior hire, or reveal that the company still routes decisions through you that it should make without you.

The Diagnostic separates the visible symptom from the mechanism producing it, so the next quarter is aimed at the right problem.

The Evidence

Different companies. Different decisions. Five documented sessions.

Across five documented cases, founders described situations that had persisted for six to thirteen years. The cases record the session hypothesis, not the outcome of the later validation test.

Featured case

A company had spent approximately €5.5 million over six years while its buyer remained broadly defined. The session proposed a specific pioneer segment and a limited hiring test. Those are documented session outputs, not evidence of a later commercial result.

The Value

You are not buying a conversation. You are changing the decisions that follow it.

The Diagnostic has a fixed fee for a defined scope: one session, a written Pattern Map, and an optional follow-up. The fee is not presented as a share of a hypothetical result.

The standalone Diagnostic is €2,500. Recorded expenditure, founder estimates, business exposure, and prospective scenarios in the cases are not returns attributable to the service.

The value is not in receiving more advice. It is in knowing what to stop, what to protect, what to redirect, and what to do next before another quarter compounds the wrong decision.

  2. #2

    The Diagnostic

In 90 minutes, we test the competing explanations, identify the mechanism producing the current problem, map the decisions it is distorting, and establish what would prove the diagnosis wrong.

  3. #3

    The Pattern Map

Within two weeks, you receive the written Pattern Map: the mechanism, its manifestations, the category diagnosis, the moves now available, and what to watch in the decisions ahead. An optional 30-minute follow-up is available six weeks later at no additional charge.

The Diagnostic is €2,500. Full refund if the 90-minute session does not produce a diagnosis.

To Book

Another quarter on the wrong problem costs more than finding the right one.

If a real decision is approaching and several explanations still look plausible, book the 20-minute fit call.

I read every submission before the call. If the fit is wrong, I tell you before you spend money.
